MATTED DOGS:

We will always attempt to brush/comb/blow out small matts in dogs first. With extreme matts, we will not put a dog through pain by pulling/forcing our tools through matts. Any tight matts or pelted fur will be spot shaved for the well being and comfort of the dog.

FLEAS:

We do not accept dogs with fleas for the safety of the other dogs in the salon. If fleas are found on your dog, we must give them a flea bath with our safe and all-natural flea shampoo. You will be charged for the extra time we spend on the flea treatment as well as disinfecting their area.
